Our goal is to not let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims for all treatment and will do our best to estimate co-payment amounts. In addition, we will help our patients in filing any additional existing coverage.

We also offer the following payments/discounts:
